I CAN'T SLEEP!

I CAN'T SLEEP AND I'M MAD ABOUT IT. SO TIRED. SO VERY VERY TIRED. I LOVE SLEEP. IT IS NOW 2.23 IN THE A.M. AND I CAN'T SLEEP. AND I'M MAD ABOUT IT. AND I'M HATIN ALL YOUSE OUT THERE IN YOUR WARM BEDS HAVING NIGHTMARES ABOUT IDENTITY THEFT. BECAUSE I'M SO VERY VERY TIRED. I WOULD GLADLY TRADE NIGHTMARES FOR ALL THE TIRED I AM. I'M GOING TO GO LAY DOWN AGAIN. AND JUST LAY THERE. JUST LIKE I HAVE DONE ALL NIGHT. BECAUSE I CAN'T SLEEP.

I lie down & read when I can't sleep. Either way I win: get in some reading, or get in some dozing....

Thanks Kenneth. I'll try that next time.

ipourbooze- I am sure the claws are a side effect of the identity crisis. Be patient this will subside. Then you can have your bunny and eat her to. (If you like.)

As weak as this may sound, I recommend drugs if you can't sleep. The legal ones, of course. I spent the first 29.5 years of my life not sleeping well. If you don't have any medicine specifically for sleep (like tylenol PM), a benadryl will work every once in a while. Or, try a glass of red wine.

Thanks Sugarmama. PM drugs and Benadryl make me feel groggy in the morning. I usually take something called Valerian Root. But I'm out of it. I like it because it does the trick but I wake up feeling fine and if my daughter needs me in the middle of the night she can still wake me up. I highly recommend it if you're still having problems. You can get it almost anywhere they sell vitamins. With just one warning, it comes in pill form but it smells terrible.
